Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for activity performed through it. Provide accurate account information and do not share credentials in a way that compromises access.
Your content
You retain ownership of content you create or import. You grant Khybur the limited permission needed to host, process, synchronize, and display that content as required to provide the service and sharing features you choose.
Acceptable use
Do not use Khybur to violate law, infringe rights, distribute malware, gain unauthorized access, disrupt the service, or expose another person's private information without permission.
Plans and billing
Paid features are provided according to the plan selected at checkout. Founding and promotional offers may be limited. Applicable prices are shown before purchase.
Availability and changes
Khybur is an evolving service. Features may be improved, replaced, or discontinued. Reasonable efforts are made to keep the service available, but uninterrupted operation is not guaranteed.
